Sykes school of motoring was established in 1978 and since then has been providing quality driving tuition to generations of learner drivers. Sykes is one of the largest, longest established and best driving schools in the North West,with offices in Oldham and Blackpool and local instructors in most major towns throughout the Northwest. In addition to the many thousands of pupils who have passed with us over the past 30yrs we have also been the driving school of choice for bus companies, international companies, multi national companies, Local Authorities, several soap stars, Premier league footballers, and even a couple of international pop stars.

As well as learner driver tuition we also provide advanced driving tuition, driving instructor training and training for the taxi test delivered by our 1st class instructors, our Ordit registered trainers and our ex police advanced drivers. Our staff are constantly monitored, ensuring that our office staff and driving instructors are the best in the business.

 In addition to our large fleet of cars covering Greater Manchester and the North West of England, we have Sykes approved instructors in the Leeds and Bradford areas and throughout the uk.
